Terms of service

Review Cards Australia is a Melbourne based business selling NFC Google review cards and the optional Smart Review Filter subscription. By ordering from us or using our review pages you agree to these terms.

Card orders are processed through Shopify checkout in Australian dollars with GST included. An order is accepted once payment clears. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund you in full. Prices can change, but never after you have paid.

We program each card to your business before it ships, based on the business name and location you give us at checkout. If those details are wrong or your Google Business Profile is not live, your card may need reprogramming. We will help you get it sorted.

The plan is $29.99 per month in AUD, billed through Stripe until you cancel. It routes 4 and 5 star taps to your Google profile and captures 1 to 3 star feedback privately for you. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails and is not fixed, the filter stops and cards continue pointing at your review page.

Every customer can always reach your public Google review page, whatever rating they pick. You must not use our tools to block, gate, incentivise or filter genuine reviews in a way that breaks Google's policies or the Australian Consumer Law. We can suspend accounts that do.

You keep ownership of your business name, logo and details. You give us permission to use them only to set up and run your card and review page.

We work hard to keep review pages online around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Cards keep working the moment the page is back.

Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not responsible for the number of reviews you receive or for decisions Google makes about your profile.
