We are a Melbourne outfit. Local orders we drop off ourselves, everywhere else in Australia goes in the post, and both are free.

Melbourne metro orders get free hand delivery by us. Anywhere else in Australia gets free standard postage. There is no minimum spend and no surprise freight at checkout.
Every card is programmed to your business before it leaves us, so allow one to two business days for setup. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start the next business day.
Melbourne hand delivery is usually within two to three business days of your order. Australia wide postage typically lands in three to seven business days depending on your state, and longer for remote areas. These are estimates, not guarantees, and Australia Post delays are outside our control.
Posted orders come with tracking, emailed to you when the parcel is scanned. Hand delivered orders get a message from us before we drop by.
Check your delivery address at checkout. If it is wrong, email us straight away and we will change it if the order has not shipped. Parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be resent, though we may ask you to cover the second postage.
If your card has not arrived within 14 business days, or turns up damaged, tell us and we will replace it at no cost. We wear the risk of getting it to you.
We only ship within Australia at the moment.
